The account windchimesindia, which has the basic plan, had four saved searches. The basic plan allows upto five saved searches. On checking the account today, it was discovered that the three of those searches have been deleted without any intimation or explanation. This has caused a significant loss of monitoring of critical data.

Please reinstate the monitoring of these searches. We would also appreciate an explanation for the deletion of the searches.
