Our Ultimate plan allows you to bypass Trackur's own email server for email alerts and instead use your own email address.

To have email alerts sent through your own email server, head to Account Settings, then Profiles. Within each profile you will see three blank optional fields for SMTP credentials.

1. SMTP Host - this is the SMTP location for outgoing email with your email provider. For example, Gmail users would enter: smtp.gmail.com
2. SMTP Username - this is the username of the email address you wish to use. Gmail users would enter username@gmail.com
3. SMTP Password - enter the password for the email address you wish to use
