Up until this point, Trackur has relied on GetSatisfaction.com/trackur to handle questions and support requests.
While this has worked quite well, we know that it's not quite as convenient when trying to send us private feedback or ask a question you'd rather not let the entire world see. :-)
So, welcome to the new Trackur Help site. We're still learning our way round ZenDesk (which is powering this site) but we hope you'll enjoy the improved customer service we're now offering.
