If you are not getting email alerts, then there are few things to try:
With our Premium & Ultimate plans, you can set up SMTP to have email alerts sent through your own email server--this takes care of 99% of all email alert issues.

I am not getting email alerts, when I click (in the saved search) on the envelope Icon an X goes over it. Is that correct?
