If you are not getting email alerts, then there are few things to try:
- Make sure the email alert icon shows as being "ON".
- Check your spam filter in case the alert is marked as spam.
- If you have a corporate email address, check to make sure it's not being marked as spam before it even gets to your inbox.
- Try a different email address and see if you receive the email alert.
