I'm not getting email alerts

If you are not getting email alerts, then there are few things to try:

  1. Make sure the email alert icon shows as being "ON".
  2. Check your spam filter in case the alert is marked as spam.
  3. If you have a corporate email address, check to make sure it's not being marked as spam before it even gets to your inbox.
  4. Try a different email address and see if you receive the email alert.

With our Premium & Ultimate plans, you can set up SMTP to have email alerts sent through your own email server--this takes care of 99% of all email alert issues.
